    rooftop view
    fresh breakfast
    poor lighting

We had an incredible stay, especially enjoying the rooftop view and the fresh breakfast options every morning. The lovely garden area with cozy seating made for perfect relaxation after our day of exploring. A tiny downside was that the room could have used a bit more lighting, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 😊

    rich breakfast
    whisky bar
    charming atmosphere
    poor lighting
    awkward basin

The Ardshiel's breakfast is a feast, with hot and cold options that'll power you through the day! Plus, the whisky bar is a haven for any aficionado. It's an old Scottish townhouse vibe that speaks comfort.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim, could use an extra lamp. the handbasin was a right awkward size for anything beyond handwashing, not ideal for a proper clean-up!

    Perfect for whisky lovers!

This place has a fab whisky bar and dinner was delish! Food came out fast, which was great since we had a big group. The rooms are a bit of a walk from the reception, but the vibes are chill and cozy. Def recommend checking out the bar for some whisky treats.

    Couple's getaway you won't regret

The staff were amazing, like, super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. They even packed us a lunch for our bus ride back, which was a nice touch.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.
